America’s Mattress is the largest widespread seller of Serta Mattresses and accessories online with franchised stores spread all over the nation. Our team set out to help the brand with extensive custom development work, including shopping cart design and custom location pages for their many franchise locations.


The challenge
America’s Mattress came to us looking for a better way to capture leads for the franchising side of their business. To accomplish this, we focused on a modern and simplistic design that not only provided company background and customer-facing information, but that included fun and engaging language that guided interested franchisees to the franchise part of the site. Using creative and casual copywriting, we educated visitors on the process of owning a location and integrated a lead funnel that sends all contact form submissions to their appropriate handlers.

The RESULTS
Above all else, America’s Mattress wanted to simplify the way their business worked, while also opening the door for continued growth. To simplify their franchise onboarding and management, we took the company’s existing platform and rewrote elements of it so that it became more user-friendly for their 100+ nationwide dealers, granting them the power to manage product catalogs from anywhere.
Additionally, we implemented mobile check-ins, allowing users to access the web app anywhere and integrated a Leadership Planning Agenda, LMS, and peer-to-peer feedback features as well as an international invoicing system with Stripe so their performance management customers could sign-up with ease.
